c) Non-standard recording :

One of the main problem we face with this format is compatibility. The tapes platters are stacked on on the other on a coaxial manner. The players don't feature proper tape guides. As soon as one of them becames clogged with tape particules, the recording was void and became non-standard. Such recordings are uneasy to playback, with big tracking problems on any other player. Normally, you have no way to correct this, but we have developped some 'miracle' solutions to ensure a quality playback whatever the conditions are. Our higly skilled tech people are dedicated to customer satisfaction, which is our best advertisement !!

Despite all the stated here, it's good to know that we already succeeded in getting many documents safely dubbed in this format. Some recording were even of an exceptional quality !!
